Dr. Sandesh Mayekar has played a pivotal role in shaping the field of aesthetic dentistry and practice management in India. Widely known as the Father of Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry in the country, he was key to introducing these specialties to Indian dentistry.

He is the author of the book “More than a Mouthful,” which is a national bestseller. As a Key Opinion Leader for numerous global dental product manufacturers, Dr. Mayekar has been instrumental in bringing cutting-edge technologies to the dental profession.

In his academic role, Dr. Mayekar teaches courses on Practice and Personal Branding, as well as strategies for growing dental practices. His contributions to research include his work as a product evaluator for Clinical Research Associates, USA, and his service on the Editorial Board of Reality, USA.

Dr. Mayekar holds an MDS degree and an M.S. from Tufts University, Boston, USA.
