About the Role
As a Consultative Sales Associate at Gold Collar, you'll be the first meaningful conversation a doctor has with us — understanding their practice challenges and business goals, and consultatively guiding them towards the programme that fits. You'll own the full lead lifecycle, from first interaction to enrollment, in a fast-growing premium healthcare education brand.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Engage with doctors and dentists through cold calls, WhatsApp, video consultations, and webinars to understand their practice challenges, business goals, and growth aspirations.
- 2Build consultative and trust-based conversations by understanding customer pain points and recommending suitable Gold Collar programmes accordingly.
- 3Manage the complete lead lifecycle — from first interaction, follow-ups, webinar coordination, counselling & 1:1 Google Meet demo discussions, to opportunity creation and enrollment.
- 4Drive weekly and monthly conversion targets by effectively nurturing and converting qualified leads into admissions.
- 5Use alumni success stories, storytelling, and consultative conversations to improve prospect engagement and conversion quality.
- 6Maintain proper CRM hygiene by updating lead stages, call notes, callbacks, opportunities, and follow-up timelines accurately.
- 7Coordinate with marketing and growth teams by sharing lead quality feedback, customer insights, and campaign observations to improve funnel performance.
- 8Track and improve key performance metrics such as first-touch connect ratio, lead generation, counselling conversions, and revenue contribution.
- 9Participate in daily standups, sales reviews, and training sessions to continuously improve communication, objection handling, and customer experience.
Skills & Experience
- Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in high-ticket consultative or relationship-driven sales, inside sales, academic counselling, healthcare sales, or premium B2C sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to understand customer psychology, pain points, and decision-making behavior.
- Comfortable handling professional and premium customer conversations in a consultative manner.
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-up discipline and execution focus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and basic MS Office/Google Sheets usage preferred.
- Prior experience in EdTech, executive education, healthcare, or professional services sales is an added advantage.
