Dr. Sriram Mudambi has a deep interest in applying business metrics to dental practice, focusing on balancing profitability with the quality of dental healthcare delivery. His work also extends to dental material science and minimal intervention dentistry.

As the Founder and Managing Director of GC India Dental, a leading Dental Materials manufacturing and distribution company, Dr. Sriram has spent over two decades honing his skills in strategic marketing, quality manufacturing, and team-building across South-East Asia, Australasia, and the Indian subcontinent. His leadership has driven the company to become one of the fastest-growing dental enterprises in the region.

In his role as an educator, Dr. Sriram teaches courses on Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Patient Centricity, and Dental Business Design, with a focus on fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. He is also the Founder and CEO of The Gold Collar, an organization that provides comprehensive management programs for dentists, doctors, and healthcare professionals. Additionally, he serves as the Curriculum Director for the “Dental Career” program in Singapore and operates a Corporate Dental Practice.

Dr. Sriram holds a Master’s degree in Restorative Dentistry from the National University of Singapore and a Management Degree from the Indian School of Business.
