Professor Vijaya Sunder M brings 15 years of corporate experience in Operational Excellence. Before joining ISB, he served as Head of Business Process Excellence at the World Bank Group. He has held leadership positions at Barclays, American Express, and Citi. He is also an affiliate faculty member at the Max Institute of Healthcare Management.
